Matt has more than 13 years of experience in the construction industry, with more than three of those years as a Project Manager for The University of Alabama where he successfully managed Greek student housing projects. Matt earned his bachelor’s from The University of Alabama and holds a MBA from the University of Mississippi. He has been with the company since 2012.

John Murdock
Principal
John founded Greek Resource Services in 1988, growing and expanding services to eventually become The Kalos Group. A member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, John has served as house treasurer, house corporation treasurer and house corporation president. Under his leadership, the chapter completed construction of a new chapter house in 2010, which was awarded Chapter House of the Year by the National Fraternity. John is a graduate of The University of Alabama and is involved with Greek project development all over the country.

Mike Buckalew

With the company since 2012, Mike oversees more than 40 properties across the country, managing building maintenance and fast-track summer construction projects. Mike has ten plus years of property management experience. He is a graduate of Liberty University.
