Greek Housing Development & Construction Management
At The Kalos Group, we guide fraternity and sorority house corporations and/or their national representatives through the phases of new house construction and renovation. A successful institutional construction project requires much oversight and management – a task that can be overwhelming to volunteers who are not able to give full-time attention to the process.
Founded in 2007 as GRS Properties, our initial focus was assisting Greek organizations at colleges and universities with property management. Today, we are more than property management and our new name, The Kalos Group, better reflects who we are and what we do.
The Kalos Group has the experience and expertise to effectively develop and manage your chapter house project as we have had the privilege to guide development and construction of Greek housing at many colleges and universities including:
